Vicky Kaushal proudly applauds wife Katrina Kaif for carving her own era in Bollywood; says, “She has achieved that sort of milestone on her merit”

Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal recently opened up about his relationship with actress Katrina Kaif and how her successful career has influenced their bond. The interview shed light on the couple's dynamic, as well as the invaluable role Katrina played in Vicky's professional life.

During a recent interview with Anupama Chopra, Vicky discussed his wife, actress Katrina Kaif, and how she applies the knowledge acquired from her two-decade-long successful Bollywood career to their relationship.

Vicky praised his wife, describing her as a pragmatic individual in her work life but also acknowledged her emotional nature in other aspects. He admitted that he values her input and advice, especially when it comes to his performances. He said, “She will really state things which I know are coming from so much experience of highs and lows, of right decisions and mistakes. When she has an opinion, I know I have to consider it seriously because it is very objective. That wisdom and practicality is something very commendable.”

Regarding Katrina's career, Vicky said, “I truly feel that like there was Hema Malini’s era, Rekha’s era and I truly feel she has achieved that sort of milestone on her merit.”

For the unversed, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal tied knot in December last year after dating for 2 years. It was a grand wedding in Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. It was a private wedding in the presence of family members with limited friends from the film industry.

On the work front, Vicky Kaushal is currently basking the success of Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. co-starring Sara Ali Khan, the film featured them as a married couple from a middle-class household living in a joint family who come up with a unique solution to resolve their issues. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film released on June 2. On the other hand, Katrina’s last film was Phone Bhoot, which was a theatrical release. Both these actors have a bunch of projects in their pipeline. Katrina will be next seen in Tiger 3 and Vijay Sethupathi starrer Merry Christmas. Whereas Vicky has Meghna Gulzar's Sam Bahadur.
