Ranbir Kapoor dazzles in ivory sherwani as showstopper for Tarun Tahiliani's Baaraat Show in Delhi

Ranbir Kapoor took the spotlight as the showstopper for designer Tarun Tahiliani's Baaraat by Tasva show in Delhi. Numerous photos and videos of him dressed as a traditional Indian groom surfaced across social media.

In the clip, Ranbir Kapoor made a grand entrance in a car to the beat of dhols, waving, blowing kisses, and folding his hands to greet the crowd. On stage, he danced with the other models, who played his groomsmen, smiling and looking around.

Ranbir Kapoor donned an ivory silk sherwani paired with matching pants, complemented by ivory and pink mojri and a shawl over his shoulder. His look was finished with an ivory silk turban adorned with colorful stones and pearls. His Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar co-star, Anubhav Singh Bassi, also appeared on the ramp, wearing a black outfit as one of the groomsmen.

During a media interaction, Ranbir recalled how his wife, Alia Bhatt, took charge of planning every detail of their wedding. He said, “My wife planned everything, I just had to follow her lead. Our wedding took place at our home only. So, it was not that hectic. And it was just perfect marriage. To be bride groom again in this collection just feels good.”

Recently, Ranbir Kapoor visited a Durga Puja pandal in Mumbai, where he was seen alongside actor Rani Mukerji as they sought blessings. The two shared a sweet moment when Rani kissed Ranbir on the cheek while posing for the paparazzi. Ranbir was dressed in a grey shirt and white pants, while Rani wore a yellow saree.

On the work front, Ranbir will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love And War, starring alongside Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. He is also reportedly involved in Nitesh Tiwari's Ramayana.
